The final stage had a boot camp that lasted for 5 days. On the final day there was a project review, we were split into teams and worked on the project together. Then we had a presentation to the senior managers afterwards and the selection was made

I was asked questions based on the project case study
It was an assessment question, basic English and maths.
It was unnecessarily hard and doesn't really correlate with the job role and responsibilities. The management trainee is pure sales and marketing anyone who doesn't meet with the required cutoff will be shifted to CPD.
