Orange County Global Medical Center interview questions

The manager called me for an interview in person and I went within that same week. I interviewed with two nurses and they asked some scenario questions. I think it was great!

I went to one of the walk-in hiring fairs at OC Global. The person I interviewed with asked questions and then talked over me when I tried to answer. He seemed to take pride in the fact that the unit is so busy he has nurses crying in the unit. It was a really odd thing to be proud of. He also could not answer my question about describing the culture on the unit. He gave me some rambling answer about how every unit in the hospital has a different culture, which is not what I asked. Never heard back from him, which is good. He seemed like he was new to the position and was not really sure of himself. What a giant waste of time.
