      Management Interview

      28 Aug 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Orametrix

      Interview

The company set up interviews with multiple managers and team members with whom I would work to allow me the opportunity to form an opinion for myself: are they the team I can create with? solve problems with? examine and resolve ambiguity with? It was refreshing to feel like I was interviewing rather than being interviewed and surprising: this is a company of change agents who want those who want to be part of that to choose it and those who don't to know enough to choose for themselves. That kind of integrity and confidence is hard to come by; it's also a process: one does not simply walk into intelligent progress.
