The interview process was well-organized and professional from start to finish. Communication was clear, and the recruiter provided a detailed overview of what to expect at each stage. The initial screening focused on my background, experience, and motivations for joining the company. The next round involved thoughtful questions that assessed both technical skills and cultural fit, making it feel like a two-way conversation rather than a test.
Everyone I spoke with was friendly, transparent, and genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person. The atmosphere was collaborative, and I appreciated how the team took time to explain the role, expectations, and company values. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oradell Animal Hospital
