I received a Linkedin communication from a verified HR employee at Opus-IVS. In fact I was able to double-verify this from someone else I know works at the company. I won't give names...
Saying: basically can we get a phone-interview this week? You look like a good-fit. 1) So we schedule a time. ... then she says oh wait something came up at that time. 2) Then we schedule again. Guess what that time passes. 1st time I'm ghosted. For two weeks. On linkedin, I'm saying ... Hey what happened to you last week?
3) So then she poppes back on and says. "Hello, so sorry we had to pause the search, and restart. Are you still looking, can we schedule again?"
4) Yes... then we reschedule. But you guessed it. Ghosted again! no one calls. haha.
Then I find another record on Glassdoor with someone saying this happened to them in February, maybe they didn't like that, and I was blocked. I just said, that this seems to be a pattern. She never reappeared.
My friend that works at the company, didn't want to get much involved, but did ask about me, but they just gave him the 'deer in the headlights look'. We didn't want to push it. He's actually semi-retired now anyway.

I applied to the job and had someone in HR email me within a week to ask for my availability over the next few days for a phone interview. I replied the same day with my availability. That was now 5 days ago and no response. Why reach out to someone and then ghost them? Very unprofessional.
Smooth and easy interview process. They were good about staying in touch during the interview period as well. Fortunately, it didn't drag on too long and was completed quickly. The interviewers were nice and respectful as well.
