Pretty smooth and easy-going interview process. Asked a lot of questions about the intentions behind why I wanted to work at Optus. Overall, the interview was easy and not that many difficult questions.

Relatively straight forward interview process. It was done in a food court with the manager and assistant manager and lasted for about 30 minutes. Basic interview questions that were about sales experience.

It was a phone interview. I had a call with the manager for 30 mins.They ask me about my retail and hospitality skills. There is nothing much to talk about.

The interview process was good, easy and straightforward. felt like a natural conversation and they asked me generic questions. I was asked to sell an item as this was for a sales role in store. The process was efficent and took 3 weeks in total.
