After application you receive an email to first:
Online psychometric assessment - basically mini games testing maths and abstract reasoning
If you pass you get given a link to a digital interview (hirevue) after a couple days.
Finally if you pass that you get invited to grad day, an assessment center where you do in person interviews

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Optus (Melbourne) in Apr 2025
Interview
Applied online. Then received invitation to online self recorded video interview. Standard STAR style questions of motivation/ why you want to work there. Video interview would have followed afterwards. Took some time between stages.
