After submitting your resume and a cover letter, you are invited to take an online assessment consisting of four rounds. The next stage is a behavioural assessment with an employee from HR. After this you will have a 90 minute technical assessment with a quantitative researcher. The final round is a final interview day, with a take home assignment.

Which skills would make a good quantitative researcher?
First there was a long OA of about 3hours. Then, there was a zoom interview on the card betting game with the recruiter. I didn't make it to the next round.
Very smooth, the HR just asked me why Optiver, why quant, what is your strength and weakness, what is the career plan in the next 5 years, but I did not answer very perfect
