Friendly and casual process, upfront with what is expected and transparent about the remuneration system. Several stages can be expected with initial stages more of exploratory while subsequent stages expected to be more technical.

Na acceptatie van de sollicitatie volgt er een online assessment procedure met mental math en verschillende pattern finding assignments, duurde ongeveer 2 uur. Hierop volgde snelle feedback vanuit HR en vervolggesprekken met seniors op deze positie.
