Really fun and smooth! But super challenging. I believe alot of prep work must be done prior to the interview. Check books like "How to crack the quant interview" etc for helpful tips in brain teasers.
Difficult, need to prepare for the mental maths definitely. You can prepare using several online tools but take some weeks. Didnt make it further than the first round of online assessments though.

1 - Online Assessment 2 - HR 3 - Technical Interview (2* 1 hour) with two different traders 4 - Final Round (1 hour introduction, 1 hour technical Interview, 1 hour hr with head of training )

Say we fire you after one year, what would have been the reason?
Just like a normal behavioural interview. Have been asked questions like Why are you interested in quantitative trading and what is ur greatest achievement so far. HR was nice and ask questions based on your answers.
