Interview
after sending my CV and cover letter i got an email for online assesment. You need to complete the test within 5 days of receiving. there are 5 tests, 80in8, Zap-N, Number logic, beat the odds and zap-Q. After each section you will be graded and allowed to go on the next section if only you pass.

the 80in8 test had multiple choice questions. Example: 1/8 / ? = 1/2, 2.5 x 2.5, 14/7 +35/50, 0.66 / ? =0.06, 0.04 X ? = 0.024
Initial round of Optiver tests involving mini games, sequences and probability questions, followed by HR behavioral interview where I was asked about my motivations for joining the firm, reasoning for the role (i.e. trading vs research) and past problem-solving experiences.

Interview
The interview is a five-step procedure. The first one is an online assessment including mental math, neuro-assessment games, numerical reasoning, probability, and personality questionnaires. The second one is a behavioural interview. The third and fourth are technical interviews. and the final one is a behavioral interview. All are virtual.
