OA were multiple games testing response time, mental calculations and finding patterns followed by a behavioural interview that is done online but you speak to at least one of the recruiter which is then followed by a technical interview

Asked about your CV and for any project what you would have done different, how would your teammates rate you etc.
Online assessment with a bunch of games, probability questions, and IQ test type stuff. First round live trading game. Second round live trading game with more variables and more participants. HR call. Final round click trading game.
OA followed by a behavioural interview then two technical interviews focusing on probability and trading games with limited information. After that would have been a Super Day but I was rejected following the second technical interview.

In the behavioural interview a large focus on how you achieved your goals.
