It was a walkin... 1st round was iq test basic knowledge on aptitude and logical skills req..but cut was 115 out of 165.next round was jam/gd it is a mix of gd and jam where you need to express your opinions about topic,few aptitude questions will be there good communication skill is req to crack dz round.after somedays i got a call saying about futher rounds and adviced me to bring docs and a check for bond of 2years they take ur original docs if u get selected.3rd round was technical freshers its my humble req dont except too much as techinical interview will be tough coz interviewer was to arrogant even he dont know how to talk in english i wondering why he was selected seriously...pathetic english he gestures are really unwelcoming even if u greet him with good morning he doesnt greet u bcoz of he feels he was from another planet.Being an indian he doesnt know to greet such a shame in him.even though if you try say something he interrupts with serious face👹.god man learn how to take interview first yes ur exp person though u show ur atitude towards ur work not on ppl who are facing interview😠😠😠.do you think they are your slaves rubbish once ask ur collegue abt ur communication how many pauses u take to find matching words to form a sentence😝😝...know dat u came from same position where some one interviewd you if he was mean towards you u wouldn't be there shame in u...ur interviewing for fresher not for a 2 year exp guy mind it if u have any expectation mention in JD.U should say the mistake and should help in realise that this was the mistake u have done.striking resume doesn't make sense show the mistake help not to do same in future. I advice navin malik plz conduct a versant round for the employees in order to know more about the worst language that was used by ur techinical team.I bet u the interviewer doesnt score not more than 40 out of 100😂😂😂. Navin they are representing your company behave of you they fornt of the house(FOH).they need to create a ambience that if i was selected to this company my future will be in a great position.i was really happy on d first day with siva that he has taken atmost care👌 towards each candidate..but tr interviewer spoiled my hopes..he havent provided any comfort zone to candidates..he was really uninterest has one of the collegue calling his frnd for interview and promising him that he will take care of futher round on dat tym itself i felt i wouldnt get shortlisted for further rounds.dz is real exp,not to criticize any staff of the company.overall good company with poor comm ppl😅😅
