Optics 1 interview questions

Starts with a phone screen with HR rep. Second interview was a phone screen with the hiring manager. Finally an on-site with 5 engineers for 30 minutes each and hiring manager again. Very unprofessional in that they never even had the courtesy to let me know the interview results.

The interview process starts with a phone interview from the HR department. Upon completing that successfully, you get scheduled for a face to face with 5 individuals one at a time for approximately 30 minutes each.
