I got an email to come down for an interview. Interview was very thorough, to the point asking questions relevant to the position to make sure it's a good match for both. Very pleasant atmosphere everyone in the office had a smile on their face, looked like a nice place to work. I declined the offer just because my plans to move to that area changed and I ended up going somewhere else.
