Initial contact was about taking an online cognitive test by BRYQ. After that I progressed to the first round interview which involved one HR person and the director and a senior member of the team. It was a very pleasant experience which was closer to a discussion rather than an uncomfortable interrogation. I had the opportunity to learn more about the nature and responsibilities of the role and it was clear that all three of the interviewers were very knowledgeable about both the role and the company overall. About a week later I was informed that they would like me to proceed to the 2nd round which involved a personal interview at the company, again with the director and the senior member. Just like the first interview, it was a deeper discussion about the role and it also involved a few technical questions but nothing too fancy or a trap. After that I was told I should wait for about a week for their decision, at which point I was given an offer. It was an overall great experience and I must also add that they were very accommodative through out the process in terms of arranging the interviews on days and in time that was convenient for me.
