Phone screen, then a massive homework assignment. I put an entire weekend's worth of work into it. Made it to another phone conversation with the Director of Marketing, and was then told this the "half way point." Are you kidding me? Like another reviewer said, they got a lot of free consulting out of me, which is unethical in my opinion. The position was then cancelled after investing so much of my time into it, and I only found out from a friend who works there, not from the company. It was wildly unprofessional and has greatly soured me on this company that claims to be so great. Also, the director I interviewed with ignored repeated (tactfully polite and well-timed) follow-up requests. I put so much work into this and didn't' even receive the common courtesy of a personalized response, just a generic blanket rejection email and ONLY after I had to pressure my friend to find out what happened (again, they canceled the position and changed it to be far more junior). So distasteful and unprofessional, certainly NOT the innovative, ethical organization they claim to be.
