I applied online. I interviewed at Operatix in Jun 2023
Interview
First stage was with an HR person. . Then they send you a call script from where you draft an example of a cold email to a prospect. Then you meet with them where you do role play based on the call script. The role play went well and got instant feedback from the interviewer. he promised to provide a response on the next steps because they have to decide which campaigned I can be assigned to! Two days later, got an email from the Internal Recruiter saying I was unsuccesful!!! I then responded by asking for feedback. Never heard from them again!!! Very unprofessional and not a serious company.

I interviewed at Operatix (Fleet, South East England, England)
Interview
Screening call, enablement interview, manager interview. It was fairly boilerplate stuff. Research standard SDR interview answers and deliver them as close to textbook as you can. There will be a mock-call with enablement but don't worry too much about it, go step by step through all the usual stuff even if you fluff it and make sure you secure the meeting, even if you feel like you're being annoying they won't rebuff you. It's not a real call.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was one time dealt with a difficult objection and how did you overcome it.
Good the interview process was very easy and ask the normal questions like if I was comfortable to speak to prospects and able to use Salesforce and main Google workplace
Didn’t get to the final step.
3 steps interview:
1- Introductory call 30mn
2- Zoom meeting 1h
3- Final stage. Like a study case.
I have the feeling that the person wasn’t listening to me during the second stage.
