Had an initial phone interview with the recruiter. She let me know when the call started that they had actually just filled the position, but figured we could still get on a call to get familiar with each other.
There were multiple rounds of virtual interviews with various managers and team members across the country. That was after talking with the recruiter a couple of times. The overall process took a couple of weeks.

The interview process was comprised of three parts - recruiter (15 minutes), hiring manager (30 minutes), and four-member panel video interviews (30 minutes each) with three Market Managers and a General Manager. The interview process took about a week in total to complete but I received an offer within 24 hours of my last interview.

The interview was focused application of management and knowledge of construction. Be prepared to answer questions about successes and failures and strengths and weaknesses. My advice, do not talk in generalities, give examples, and be sure to ask questions when given the opportunity.
