I applied for an open position and interviewed with HR, who informed me that two different positions were open. I had a response from my HR contact the next day to set up the hiring manager interview, and then two subsequent interviews. I went through all four rounds in less than two weeks, and was offered a position. I also negotiated the offer, which took two additional days. I was incredibly impressed with the speed, smoothness, and flexibility throughout the entire process. My HR contact was beyond exemplary, as were my hiring manager and the following interviewers. Particularly considering the size of the organization and the fact that I was an unknown candidate with now referral, I was frankly amazed. Communication across the board with every person involved was transparent and fast.
