Applied online through the OpenText's recruitment protal. Did not receive any acknowledgment that my application had been received and couldn't find a way to track my application. 2 weeks later got an emial from an internal recruiter and had an initial screening call. Over the next 3 weeks, had a technical interview with someone in already in this role, follwoed by an interview with the hiring manager. On the back of these interviews, I was led to believe that I would be offered the job. After another week, I was told that an internal candidate had applied for the job and they had to interview them, and taht they would keep me informed of prgoress. Didn't hear anything for another week, and after chasing I was informed that they had offered the job to the internal candidate, but that they had another role for me. Again they would keep me informed of progress. At this point, I decided that if they got back to me, I would consider the offer, otherwise Iwasn't going to chase. I ndidn't heard anything.
