OpenSpace was thorough with their questions, but I also had the opportunity to ask questions and get to know current employees. Everyone I met along the way was awesome. I felt that the questions asked were appropriate for the role and a great use of time. I was leaning towards joining another company but the interview process at OpenSpace changed that. By the time I has completed it I felt I had no choice but to join, and I am glad I did :)
