The interview process was pretty normal, I first interviewed with a talent specialist over the phone, and was informed a few days later that the team really like my responses and that I was chosen for a second interview. The second interview was in the office with the manager and the director for the position and I received a tour of the office at the end. Overall the interview was very easy and I felt like I was having a conversation with the manager the entire time. Roughly a week and a half after the second interview I received a call from the talent specialist over the phone saying that I had been basically offered the job, and then pay was discussed as well as some emails to sign.
