The interview process took eight months during which time I was interviewed three times by multiple staff, invited to meet senior staff then disinvited a day later, and the job was re-advertised. After it was re-advertised, I was re-interviewed in person, met six senior staff, was told in writing in ane email I was going to get an offer - then silence for a least a week, then told they had changed their mind. It was a deeply unpleasant, unprofessional process.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Open Society Foundations
Interview
It was just one interview. the process was clear. I got a rejection, but I appreciated the respect and support. The questions were clear however, I did not feel that they respond to my questions or provided me with a sense of what they are looking for.

Interview
I had a first contact by the HR, with a written test. Then I had an interview which was half in English and half in Spanish. And I did not get an offer after, but they were kind enough to provide me with constructive feedback.
