I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Open Social (Amsterdam) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was 3 interviews. One with a sales op, then with the sales manager and then with the tech person.
Everything was coordinated by the HR, smooth process. The interview questions were basic, and no twisted questions.

Share you experience in sales. What are the challenges you had and how you overcame.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Open Social (Amsterdam) in Dec 2021
Interview
The process took a week, where I successfully passed the first interview. The reciters were very friendly and positive. The same day I was informed that in three weeks, we will conduct the second interview and they gave me a job assignment.
In the meantime, I first received an email from a third-party employee stating that I had not been selected for an interview (and I had already conducted a successful first interview and arranged a second job interview and presentation), and replied to that person that it was a mistake. A few days later, the same employee (who was not part of the process), wrote me an email again that the position was postponed for some time. Extremely unprofessional and inhumane attitude. Immediately after that I informed the CEO about the whole situation, and he gave me explanations without any clear arguments, and I realized that it was an unfair relationship or in other words, an incorrect game with a candidate who has already been scheduled for a second job interview, and not he is given the opportunity to finish it, regardless of the result, so according to the whole situation I saw that they are not equal employers, they do not respect diversity and equality.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Open Social
Interview
CV was sent to human resources department. They got back to me the following day and arranged a meeting for the coming week. The first interview was to understand my fit within company culture, and the second interview was about my technical experience.
