Interview
Since I was an ex employee of the company they only spoke about the offer and asked me if I would be interested. No formal interview was conducted. Got a phone call from the company describing what was on offer and the needs of the position on offer. They spoke about what was expected of the person occupying the position.
It was pretty good. First was the Human Resource round where you had give in brief your overall experience. Next was an aptitude round, it was a good challenge. After that the excel round, where we had to create a pivot with given data and a bar graph based on the same. Next was a manager round and finally the HR

Interview
Superb and there was a lot to learn the questions actually made me know where I am lacking and where can I improve. The question were good and the interviewer asked it in a very professional way.
