A three step process with online assesment, then three rounds of interwiew with diverse team members. These were back to back interviews focused on business cases and behavioral questions. The cases involved company and industry review.

The interview process consists of three interview rounds each with more senior member of staff. The interview each had two separate blocks with a behavioural question and business case. Everyone was generally nice and professional.

Interview
It was good. The people were nice and friendly. Started with behavioural part and the we jumped into the case study section. The interview was for a total of 90 minutes with 2 interviewers (45 minutes each)
