Depending on your resume and perhaps a phone interview beforehand, you'll be asked by either the Desktop Support manager or CIO regarding a few questions related to computer topics and perhaps other topics like printers. Then you'll need to take multiple questions test that are somewhat basics on customer services, computer network, and etc.
