Ontruck interview questions

The interview process was fully remote and consisted of 3 rounds. Stage 1) Hiring manager, Stage 2) Business leaders Stage 3) Stakeholders All interviewers were warm and friendly throughout the process. HR team kept me well informed during the process.

I applied on Linkedin and few days later a recruiter contacted me and scheduled a phone screen interview. The questions were mainly about my current role and my specific tasks. After the call she committed to come back to me once she got feedback from the managers. After 2 weeks of waiting I sent her an email requesting feedback and she replied saying that she don't have an answer yet. It has been month and half so I guess that I did not pass to the next phase and that is fine, but she should have contacted and inform me about the rejection. I invested time doing research about the company and preparing myself for the call, I believe that I deserve feedback.
