Fair interview process - initial HR screening followed by interpersonal interview and a modelling case. HR team stays in touch and goes over the process very clearly so you know what to expect.

Based on what you know about OTPP, what makes you want to join our team?
4 rounds of interviews. HR screening call, in person interview with two current analysts, in person case study + 45 min presentation with two managers, then 1 hr MD and Head of interview. Then ghosted.
