They don't use recruiters and were very responsive with communication.
I got a call from HR requesting an interview. The first interview was with the project manager and one of the team leads. They asked me about my past working history and they were about 5-6 technical questions.
The next step was a online coding test that I did from home. It was about 40 minutes long and it involved actual coding instead of multiple choice questions. I appreciated this since I had done a multiple-choice test for a recruiter and I thought it was a terrible and ineffective way to access skill level. The coding test questions were relatively easy for a senior level developer.
The last step was a second interview with the CTO and another team lead. This was more of a conversation with them than an interview. They explained the culture of the company and the developer team. I think they just wanted to be sure I was right fit.
I got an offer the next day. The whole process took 2 weeks.
