The process is quick and simple. You complete an application form, you go through an assessment which tests on the job skills and then you either get approved or not. The final step is an interview with the team. Overall it’s a quick initial process but you wait 4 weeks to hear back from them regarding the final interview. I wish they were more clear on the which countries are allowed to apply because the job description said worldwide but once I was already approved, I was told it was only EU applicants but they would reach out in a couple of months. I only got that information after waiting 4 weeks thinking I was about to begin my onboarding.
