The interview process is in four stages. The first online, with only the acquisition specialist. The second one, also online, with the acquisition specialist as well as the division manager. The third interview is in person and is with the acquisition specialist and the head of recruitment for One Day Only. The last phase is a psychometric test that takes about 2 hours that you completely at home.
