One & All Agency interview questions

Simple and straightforward as they were looking for a qualified candidate to get along with their teams and do the work. A few rounds to meet with the team then supervisor to see the fit

My biggest negative to my experience with one and all was that essentially they questioned if I would enjoy the position and made it seem as though because I had experience with direct mail that I was over qualified. They also did not call or email me back to update me on the position after I had 3 interviews and had followed up with them. Huge waste of time in my opinion.
