One Up interview questions

Basic competency-based questions. Interviewer was late, asked some questions around my background, why I would like to progress within a different line of work Overall, an ok experience, didn't explain enough around the culture and perks of the company

It was weird. I was called to interview for One Up but then asked to interview for Evergreen Promotions. No one was transparent about why this was, and it was a little fishy to me.
