I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at One Million Degrees (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2024
Interview
First, I applied during the month of May 2024 and I would say about 2-3 weeks, I had to complete a phone interview (in the month of June 2024) in which I signed up with one of the OMD HR staff but it had to get rescheduled but I was still able to choose my original time (but I modified the time though).
Had to complete a phone interview (30 mins in total but 15 mins for role play exercise and 15 mins for the actual interview). When it comes to the role play exercise, you have to create an action plan about (you) being in the role as a Program Coordinator (at one of their CCC sites) assisting a student with a myriad of issues. Then, you have to 'speak' within the phone interview as if you are speaking with an actual student via the action plan that you created for them.
Also, there were 4 interview questions as well. I was informed about the next steps within the interview process for this position which will be conducted in-person (also I was sent an an actual PowerPoint presentation, I believe that we had to facilitate an mock session - but I am am unsure about this part since it wasn't fully explained to me). Finally, I don't know the complete amount of interviews to complete for this role, in my case I am assuming it was only 2.

Question 1
Why are you interested in working for OMD?
Why are you interested in this role/position at OMD?
There were maple rounds of interviews. First was a phone call. Then there was a one-on-one interview with a manager. The final one was a panel where you had to act out scenarios. The questions were challenging on purpose.
