I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at One Fair Wage (Mesa, AZ) in May 2024
Interview
Very basic, with explanation of compensation, and responsibilities. INSTRUCTIONS ON PARAMETERS AND UNACCEPTABLE PRACTICES. Emphasis on need to be expedient and to maintain work flow. Explicit instructions on paying attention too employee's hours, and need to not be on the clock if not working. When the interview was over I was offered the job and I accepted and then was told to report to training. Explanation of methods was given and I felt confident that I would be successful at it

I applied through other source. I interviewed at One Fair Wage
Interview
Super laid back and informative. The manager was super nice and asked me about myself and other basic information. Working there was similar while also being a solid challenge. One of the better interviews I have had for sure.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at One Fair Wage (New York, NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
Overall, it was an odd interview.
First, I noticed that my name was misspelled in the invitation. It's a pet peeve of mine as my email has my last name spelled out.
The executive director who managed the interview was almost 10 minutes late, and she did not apologize. She was also eating out of a tupperware container on her couch. After she asked me questions, she turned it to a colleague and turned her camera off. It really shook me up and it made my nerves worse.
Another individual joined later on in the interview and asked me unrelated questions to the role, like how would my friends describe me. When I asked everyone what their favorite part about working at OFW, he joked saying he had to be there, but I did not get it.
The only pro was the other individual in the interview asked relevant questions and appeared genuinely interested in me.
Overall, it was a negative experience. This interview happened three weeks ago and I still have not heard back.

Question 1
TBH, I forget most of their specific questions because of my nerves. They were most generic questions about my experience and my relevant skills.
