I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at One Call Concepts (Wichita, KS) in Apr 2019
Interview
You take a spelling test, typing test, and then a face to face interview with the general manager. Pretty smooth overall. Got the job offer a week after the interview.
I interviewed at One Call Concepts (Maryland City, MD)
Interview
the interview was short and simple ask very basic and general interview questions. You weakness or strengths ? when’s the last time you dealt with a irate customer? How do you deal with a large workload?
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at One Call Concepts (Bohemia, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
The hiring process is a little much. It is outsourced to a hiring agency who does 2-3 phone interviews with you prior to going into the interview itself. Once at the interview you are asked the basic questions and then given 2 seperate tests; spelling and mapping. The interview takes roughly 30 minutes but you find out by the end of the day if you got the job or not. Then for the first 3 months you are almost harassed by the hiring agency to keep them posted on everything that's happening.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The basic stuff, nothing out of the ordinary. One question just for the sake of putting a question on here was "Do you feel comfortable sitting down for 8+ hours a day"
