I was interviewed a total of 6 times. The process lasted for over 4 months. I initially declined another offer because at round 4 they said they were preparing an offer. However, they said they needed another interview. My final interview was with someone who did not have any questions prepared and was obviously annoyed. I have a Scrum Certificate and a Master's degree in IT. I have 4 years of experience when the job only required 3. Yet, at the end of 6 interviews and a lame duck decision maker, they stated I was underqualified.
