I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at On Site (Minnesota) (Little Canada, MN) in Feb 2023
Interview
First interview over the phone with the recruiter/HR. She told me about OnSite, their products and the role I had applied or had been recruited for. Second interview was at the office with one of the owners. He came off as arrogant and demeaning. Questioned reasons for leaving previous positions/companies. Questioned how my previous sales positions related to their position like I didn't meet their qualifications. Keep in mind they had reached out to me to apply and this was an entry level position. Seemed like he was looking for a high level prospect for a mediocre position with a mediocre salary/benefits and an unclear bonus structure.
