Great streamline process, overall the process in itself was easy and smooth. I was able to speak with multiple team members to get a feel of the people I will be working alongside.

Weird. They did all the talking. They did not ask questions and just went into a discussion about the vision. Strange focus on technology for a loan company. The interview was fairly easy.

They didn't ask much. The manager and chief executive did all the talking about focus on the future. It seemed the direction was all over the place. They have a vision but no plan to accomplish it was shared.
