Yes all steps were in systematic way. Well organized way of hiring. I forwarded CV, later they told me that CV is short listed. After some time they called me for technical interview, along with HR interview. They told me about my interview clearance. In next step they asked me to submit documents to get approval from client, and told me that client has granted approval, then visa processing started. Finally got visa stamped on passport and moved to work destination.

Hiring & interview process is not very good. they are generally looking local language peoples. The process is very slow. Less opportunities in engineering design departments. lack of seniors hiring. They hire generally juniors architect & engineers.
