Painfully long, pointless and time wasting. This is a company you need to avoid at ALL COSTs. They are small robotics company who lack decision making across the entire change. They change their company strategy every 2 days and therefore are continuously in confusion if they need to hire or fire people. I wasted over 30 hours, going through 12 interviews. Some interviewers interviewed me twice as if asking me the same questions 2 weeks later was going to provide a new response. They fired their VP, hired a new green VP who has no clue in the field and is known to be a motor mouth. The recruiter offered me the job some 5 times in the 10 months without giving it in writing.
