Terrible experience. I applied online, and was contacted by a recruiter asking for my availability to speak on the phone. I give her times and then don’t hear from her for a few days. Finally hear from her and she asks if I’m available to chat in a few hours that same day. Spoiler alert: I’m unavailable. We schedule a time a couple days later. It rolls around, and 30 minutes before we’re supposed to chat she says she needs to reschedule. Ok we reschedule again, our appointment comes up and I’m waiting at the phone. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes from our scheduled time and hear nothing. I just email her that I don’t want this position anymore, because if it’s this hard to talk over the phone for 30 minutes then I can imagine how bad it is to work for the company.
