There was a phone interview, an interview with HR, CEO, and then the owner. They made me wait for 25 mins before the interviewed me. Then HR interviewed me for 45 mins (for an admin role). Then another 10 minute interview with CEO and then another ten min with owner. Questions were barely relevant and more for a senior job or position.

Basically, they advertise for one position and put you in another one that you have no clue on what to do and they do not train you. They also hire people for positions and they don't even know what they are doing.
Submitted Resume to job posting. Contacted by phone to set up interview. Met with 3 different people from the company, including one of the VPs. Pretty straight forward talked a lot about work experience and why the interest in real estate. They didn't really ask any technical questions and in the end I think they were just looking for someone with more experience in real estate
