I had a phone screen, a video interview, and an in-person skills test in which I was asked to create a flyer, write a company-wide email, and create ideas for a company event for a group of interns. The Director emphasized how “fast paced” and “high pressure” the role is. It’s clear that they have high expectations for the position. It’s a shame that a role with such a lengthy and involved interview process , and is apparently so “fast paced,” was only offering $20/hour.
