Interview
Was called to come in for an in person interview and asked to do research on the company, bring questions and my resume. I took work off to come in for an interview and the interviewer spent a total of 10 minutes with me, and he asked very standard questions. These questions could have been asked over the phone. No need to waste your candidates time. Also he said I was the last of 30 interviews they had done that day and i would be hearing from them with in 2 days. Never heard from them - not sad about it.
They offer 3 rounds so I was able to shadow a manager on site. To be honest, I read all of the reviews (over thinker ...) and I almost didn't go in. But the team looked like fun and I was told that the company is new and already growing and there's growth potential ... SO I wrote down all of my questions and they literally answered all of them. They were really open and transparent, so the company makes more sense. Overall the interview process was exciting.

Interview
In the beginning, they call me by phone and asked me some basic question. After that, we scheduled the first interview. It is easy and it only takes about 20 mins to finish the interview. And they called me by phone on the same day to tell me that I get the chance to do the second round.
