Because this position is what most customers come in contact with, this may have been a more in depth interview process than most others. I was scheduled to meet with 5 different people before being hired. But was an overall laid back experience as far as interviews go. While skill set matters, personality and a willingness to learn was a larger factor. It was nice to feel the typical interview jitters fall away as it progressed.
