Olympia Federal Savings interview questions

Sent application online and they called few days later to do phone interview (be prepared because they don't set up appointment for phone interview!!!) Had interview on site the next week. The interviewer's didn't seem like to be interested in me and it sounded like they already have someone in mind. Even if I have the experience and I answered everything.
