They really care about who they hire. It has been smooth sailing, but I had about 3 interviews. The process has been very fast, and they always contact me to give updates even during Holiday seasons.

The Interview process was great. My interviewer were nice and asked good questions to get to know me as a student. They didn't put too much presser. The questions are easy to answer questions.
